Apparently in NYC a few inches of snow is concidered a blizzard. In Ohio it’s a blizzard when there’s a white out. Snow coming down so heavily and wind blowing so hard that you literally cannot see your out stretched hand in front of your face. Snow accumulation so deep that when you can finally open your front door with all of your body weight and you pull out the snow blower you’ve got about mid-thigh to waist-high deep snow.
That, New Yorkers, is a blizzard.
